Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for ordering with us and we hope you enjoy our products. On the occasion you wish to return your goods, we will process a return or refund under the following circumstances:

-  An unwanted item – if you change your mind and no longer want the product purchased, please inform us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will refund your money or exchange the product. The goods must be returned in good condition, unopened and in its original packaging, any opened or unsealed goods will not be accepted for a return due to health and hygiene reasons. Unfortunately, the cost of return of unwanted goods will be the responsibility of you (the consumer). Refunds will be made within 30 days of the return.

-  A faulty product – if your order has arrived with damaged or faulty products, we will send a replacement or refund you, including covering the cost of return. Please inform us within 48 hours and no later than 14 days of receiving a damaged/faulty product, ideally with photographic proof, and we will refund you within 30 days of notifying us.
