INGREDIENTS
50ml Mary Rose Gin
150ml Premium Indian tonic water
A slice of red grapefruit & sprig of rosemary
Lots of ice
METHOD
Place plenty of ice in a Copa glass
Add 50ml of Mary Rose Gin
Add 150ml of Premium Indian tonic water
Garnish with a slice of red grapefruit and sprig of rosemary
Gently stir and serve.
A classic gin martini for any occasion.

50ml Mary Rose Gin
10ml Dolin Dry Vermouth
2ml Olive Brine
Ice
METHOD
Place lots of ice into a mixing glass.
Add the gin and vermouth.
Using a bar spoon, stir gently for 30 seconds.
Strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a Halkithiki Green Olive.
Negronis are back in fashion and rightly so, they're seductively vermillion, bracingly bitter, herbaceously complex - but still refreshing.

25ml Campari
25ml Sweet vermouth
METHOD
In a mixing glass, give all three ingredients a few quick turns over very cold ice until blended. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice block or sphere and garnish with an orange twist or slice.
Gin and prosecco makes this elegant cocktail a pokey little number.

25ml Elderflower Liqueur
10ml Fresh Lemon Juice
75ml Prosecco
METHOD
Add the gin, liqueur and lemon juice to a champagne glass. Muddle a raspberry at the bottom and top with chilled prosecco.

METHOD
Add all ingredients with ice to a glass and still to chill. Garnish with fresh rosemary and orange peel.

METHOD
Shake all ingredients over ice, strain twice into an old fashioned martini glass. Garnish with flamed orange zest, raspberry and rosemary sprig.

100ml Apple Juice
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a pan and gently warm. Pour into a heat resistant glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick & orange peel.

INGREDIENTS
50ml Mary Rose Gin
50ml Pressed Orange Juiice
10ml Agave Syrup
1 dash Orange Bitters
4 wedges Fresh Orange
1 Sprig Rosemary
METHOD
Muddle everything together in a cafetiere. Serve in Small Glass and pour onto plenty of ice. Garnish with burnt Rosemary & Fresh Orange.

INGREDIENTS
35ml Mary Rose Gin
25ml Grapefruit Juice
15ml Lime Juice
20ml Simple Syrup
5-6 Mint Leaves
100ml Prosecco
METHOD
Comboine all the ingredients with ice in a shaker. Hard shake and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of grapefruit zest and a mint leaf.
